We can provide documentation for you to self-submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement; however, we do not guarantee any reimbursement. Furthermore, we are not a mediator between you and your insurance company and will not enter into any dispute with them. If you have Medicare Part B, there is no reimbursement.
Billing: We do expect payment at the time of treatment. This keeps billing simple for both parties and helps us keep our treatment rates affordable for everyone.

Instructions
Follow the steps below to enter your patient portal.
- Go to https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/134546/account/logon
- Enter your name and email address, which must match the information on file with your office
- You will receive an email invitation from noreply@advancedmd.com with the subject line "Patient Portal Account Notification"
- Click the link in the email to go to the "Create Your Account" page
- Enter a password, retype it to confirm, and enter your date of birth
- Check the box next to "I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions"
- Click the green Register button
- To view your documents, click on records (top right) then documents and images (bottom right)
- Do not send urgent messages through the portal as it could take up to 24 hours for a response. Please call the office for urgent requests.
